Does a Leader buried by Abu Simbel count for the Diplomats Guild?
No. A buried Leader counts as out of play, so the Diplomats Guild does not count it and it cannot be copied afterwards. A Courtesan's Guild that already copied it keeps the copied ability. Buried cost-A Leaders still score for cost-based effects at the end of the game, valued at the Age III cost (A = 3).
