How does buying work with Timbuktu A (second stage)?
You can buy as many brown or grey resources as you like from as many players as you like at 1 coin each; the only limit is that each resource symbol can be bought once, so a neighbour with one wood sells you one wood. Neighbour discounts (Clandestine Dock, Smugglers' Cache) still apply, but only from the direct neighbours who have them.
