Can you build Babylon (Night)'s first stage on your sixth turn and still play the extra card?

Yes, according to a forum reply: you can build the stage on your sixth turn and still play the extra card that same Age. The rulebook only says that once the symbol is in play you may play the card normally discarded, as a new turn after everyone else's last card, so the same-Age timing is not spelled out there.
