Does a diplomacy token stop a Boarding, and does Tomyris work on one?
The Armada rulebook says diplomacy has no effect on Boardings; one reply covers Tomyris.

Diplomacy tokens don't affect Boardings; all must be resolved. A Boarding is an extra military conflict, so Tomyris works there too.
